Pong Blitz (the “App”) is provided by KANG LI (“we”, “us”). We made Pong Blitz to be played, not to collect data: the App does not collect any personal information.
1. Summary
- No personal data is collected, and nothing about you or your gameplay is sent to us.
- The App works fully offline. No account or sign-in.
- No advertising, no tracking, no analytics and no third-party SDKs.
- The App is sold in the App Store; Apple processes the payment and we do not receive your payment information.
2. Data stored on your device
To save your game, the App stores the following locally on your device only:
- Game progress: unlocked levels, results and stars;
- Settings: sound, music and language preferences.
This data never leaves your device and can be accessed only by the App. Deleting the App removes it.
3. Information we do not collect
The App does not collect names, email addresses or other contact information, device or advertising identifiers, location, usage analytics or gameplay statistics, or crash and diagnostic reports.
4. Third-party services
The App does not include advertising networks, analytics services, social media integrations, cloud sync or crash-reporting tools.
5. Purchases
When you buy Pong Blitz, Apple processes the payment according to the Apple Privacy Policy. We receive sales reports from Apple that do not identify you, and no personal or payment information is shared with us.
6. Our website
When you visit pongblitz.mojoru.org, our web server may keep basic access logs (such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on the website. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.
7. Children
Pong Blitz is suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no personal information, it does not collect personal information from children under 13 either.
8. Security
Your game data stays in the App’s private storage on your device, protected by iOS. Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
9. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data from the App, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete; you control your game data on your device. For questions about this policy, or about data from our website or your emails, contact us below.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top. If the App’s data practices change, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
