Frequently asked questions

How do I play?

Drag your paddle at the bottom of the table to hit the ball back. Get the ball past your opponent to score — the first player to 11 points wins the match and clears the level.

What are power-ups?

Treasure boxes appear on the table during a match. When the ball hits a box, the power-up goes to whoever hit the ball last — so aim for them! Effects include shrinking, extra balls, shields and more; some help you, some hinder your opponent. There are 31 in total, and more unlock as you progress.

How do levels and stars work?

There are 24 levels with different table layouts and obstacles. Win a level to unlock the next one and earn stars; replay any level to improve your result. Your progress is saved automatically on your device.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Pong Blitz works fully offline — no internet connection or account is needed.

Are there ads or in-app purchases?

No. Pong Blitz is a paid app: you pay once in the App Store and get the full game, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

How do I turn sound or music off?

Tap the gear button on the main menu to open Settings, where you can adjust sound effects and music.

I got a new device. How do I download the game again?

Sign in with the same Apple ID and download Pong Blitz from your purchases in the App Store at no extra cost. Game progress is stored on the original device and is not transferred automatically.

The game is slow or crashes.

Update to the latest version, close other apps and restart your device. If it still happens, email us with your device model, iOS version and the level number.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
